Data Deletion Instructions
Meta / Facebook requirement
This page exists to comply with Meta's Platform Policy. If you have connected your Instagram account to Repyla via Facebook Login, you can request complete deletion of your data using the methods below.
What data we store
When you use Repyla, we store the following data:
- Your email address and hashed password
- Your Instagram username and user ID
- Your Instagram OAuth access token
- Instagram comments received on your posts
- AI-generated replies posted by Repyla
- Job logs (timestamps, reply counts)
- Stripe subscription data (no card details)
How to delete your data
You have two options:
Option 1 — Delete from within Repyla (recommended)
Log in to your account
Go to repyla.com/login and sign in.
Go to Settings
Click "Settings" in the left sidebar.
Cancel your subscription
Click "Manage subscription & billing" → cancel via Stripe portal.
Request account deletion
Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account" from your registered email address.
Option 2 — Email request
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Your registered email address
- Your Instagram username (if connected)
We will confirm deletion within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your Repyla account and all associated data
- Your Instagram access token (we revoke it)
- All stored comments and reply history
- All job logs and configuration data
Note: Replies already posted to Instagram cannot be deleted by us after account deletion — you can delete them directly from Instagram.
Revoke Instagram access directly
You can also revoke Repyla's access to your Instagram account at any time without contacting us:
- Open Instagram → go to your profile
- Tap Settings → Security → Apps and Websites
- Find Repyla and tap Remove
This immediately revokes our access token. Your data in our database will be retained until you request full deletion via the methods above.
