These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Repyla ("Service"), operated by the company named in our Impressum. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Repyla in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and agree to these Terms, and agree to our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
Repyla is a SaaS tool that uses AI to automatically reply to Instagram comments and send Direct Messages in response to keyword triggers. The Service connects to Instagram via Meta's official Graph API.
3. Account Requirements
- You must have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account to use Repyla.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You may not share your account credentials with others.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Repyla to:
- Violate Instagram's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines
- Send spam, harassment, or abusive content
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Engage in illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our platform
- Exceed the reply limits set by your subscription plan
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Instagram Platform Compliance
Repyla operates under Meta's Platform Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of automated replies and DMs complies with Instagram's Community Guidelines and Terms of Use. Repyla is not liable for any action taken by Meta against your Instagram account.
6. Subscription and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
- The free trial lasts 7 days. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
- After the trial, your card is automatically charged at the plan rate.
- You can cancel at any time from your settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months.
7. AI-Generated Content
Replies generated by Repyla are produced by third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic). You are solely responsible for all content posted to your Instagram account through Repyla. We do not review or guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated replies. You should monitor your reply history and delete any replies that do not meet your standards.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss of engagement, followers, or revenue caused by downtime or service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repyla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or Instagram account suspension.
10. Intellectual Property
The Repyla software, design, and brand are owned by us. You retain ownership of your Instagram content. By using Repyla, you grant us a limited license to access and process your Instagram data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction stated in our Impressum.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
